ARE these acts Violations to our Constitution?

According to the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia Act 1900, our official seal is the Lion and the Unicorn, shown below. Part 1 of our constitution states the Governor General “is subject to this Constitution”. This means the Governor General is accountable to the Commonwealth of Australia, AKA “We the People”. |
Was our constitution violated when the political parties changed our official seal to the Kangaroo and the Emu, without a referendum?
 Since then, the Governor General has been working for the Political Party Corporation and not for the people of Australia. Is this a violation of your Constitutional rights, freedom & protection? Does this erode our rights and freedoms under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution? |

Part 1.3 of our Constitution states that the salary of the Governor General shall be paid in pounds. Also, according to Sections 46, 48 and 66, other public servants must be paid in pounds. In 1966, our currency was changed by the political parties from pounds to the US-based dollar, without a referendum. By eroding the power of the Queen, has our Commonwealth Constitution again been undermined?

In 1973, Prime Minister Whitlam, created a “Queen of Australia” without a referendum. He unlawfully registered Australia as a corporation in the USA. He changed the name “Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia” to the “Parliament of Australia” without a referendum.
Another Violation? PM Whitlam took the teaching of our Constitution out of our schools & Universities. Why ? |
| In 1986, Prime Minister Bob Hawke enacted the “Australia Act” to separate Australia completely from the British Crown. Does this nullify your rights and freedoms? Our forefathers wrote the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution to protect the People from overreaching government. No law can be enacted without a referendum. |
In 1992, the Keating government signed Agenda 21 of the Rio Declaration at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), without a referendum. Do we now have another tier of government? A foreign power. Has our government usurped their power in Section 51.29 External Affairs? |

Councils are not recognised in our Constitution as government. Are Local Governments lawful? Are they Constitutional? |

A National Cabinet was established in 2020 by the Morrison government. It gave the States and Premiers power over the Commonwealth. |
Section 109 - When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.
Is the National Cabinet Constitutional? Is the National Cabinet Lawful? |
| Section 42. Oath or affirmation of allegiance. Every senator and every member of the House of Representatives shall before taking his seat make and subscribe before the Governor-General or some person authorised by him, an oath or affirmation of allegiance in the form set forth in the schedule to this Constitution. |

Are our political representatives swearing the correct oath? The Oath scheduled to our Constitution that protects the rights and freedoms of the Australian People, the People they are employed to serve. If not who are they swearing allegiance to? Who are they serving?
